Sandra Jean Hutton Stidham, age 64, of Bristol, Tenn., passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at her temporary residence. She was born on February 4, 1955 in Bristol, Tenn., a daughter of the late A.J. and Jacqueline Hutton. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Wayne Hutton, A.J. Hutton, Jr. and Gregory Ray Hutton.

Sandra was a genuinely loving, caring and thoughtful lady. She was a very lovable person and never held a grudge. She was the love of her husband’s life and his greatest pride and joy. Sandy suffered from COPD which robbed her of many of her joys in life by the affect it had on her breathing. She is now at peace with her Lord and Savior in the Kingdom of Heaven.

She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years, Douglas Alexander Stidham; her lifelong friend and sister-in-law, Diana Blevins Hutton; oldest sister, Barbara Hutton Galliher and husband John; sisters, Carol Hutton Duty, Marie Hutton Cody and Betsy Hutton Depew; daughter, Erica Collins; son, Jessie Brandon Maxfield; grandchildren, Madison, Hannah and Grayson.

A graveside service will be held 3 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Rooty Branch Cemetery with Rev. Buddy Chapman officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Shriner’s Children’s Hospital, Attn: Office of Development, 2900 N. Rocky Point Dr, Tampa, FL 33607.
