Paul B. Worley, Sr., age 88, of Bluff City, TN went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 16, 2021 in NHC of Bristol.
God called Dad home peacefully from his sleep, from pain and sorrow, to a place of no tears, to be reunited with Him and Mom, Dorothy E. Worley, precious Mother and wife of 59 years. Dad was a farmer by birth, a carpenter by trade, a milkman, mechanic and factory worker. He served our country in the armed forces proudly achieving the rank of SP3. He has always been here for us, protector and provider. A good Christian man and member of Victory Baptist Church. We miss him.
He was born October 8, 1932 in Benhams, VA, a son of the late William Franklin and Arvilla Green Worley.
Surviving include his children, Kathie Reeves and husband Herb, Paul B. Worley, Jr. and wife Donna, and Lorie Worley McReynolds; grandchildren, Kerri E. Lane and husband Danny, Dakota McReynolds, Krystal Biggs and husband Eddie, Hunter Hamilton and spouse Ashleigh; great grandchildren, Daniel (DJ) Lane and wife Summer, Perry (Gator) Lane, Kallee McCracken, Ezra Biggs; great-great grandchildren, Ethan, Nevaeh, and Mia Lane; special sister, Thelma Wolfe and husband Jim; special cousin, Debbie Barger; several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Austin Cook and Pastor Stan Hill officiating. The burial follow in Sunrise Cemetery with military honors conducted by TN Army National Guard Honor Guard. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. prior to the service. Pallbearers will be Daniel (DJ) Lane, Perry (Gator) Lane, Danny Lane, Ashleigh Hamilton, Darrin McReynolds, and Chris Fleenor.

I met Paul when I worked at Anderson Pharmacy, always had that little sweet smile. Always kind & never complained about any thing. I met Kathie there also & she always seemed happy.
