Clarence Marvin Seats, age 70, of Bluff City, TN entered his heavenly home on April 30, 2021.  He was born in Bristol, VA a son to the late Clifford and Celia Seats and was a lifelong resident of the Bluff City area.  Prior to retirement, he worked as a supervisor at Triad Packaging and also was a truck driver for D&D Trucking and was a United States Army veteran serving in the Vietnam war in the 101st Airborne Division.  He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church and was preceded in death by his siblings, Patsy Spicer, Gladys Dillard, Porter Seats, Bobby Seats.   

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Jackie Seats; daughter, Tracy Earl and husband Dean; grandchildren, Levi Earl, Ashley Orman, and Morgan Robertson; siblings, Lester Seats, George Seats, Russell Seats, Naomi Hall, Betty Warren, Hazel Hayes, and Barbara Herron.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Donnie Shaffer and Rev. Dean Earl officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6 until 7:15 p.m. prior to the service. A procession will leave Weaver Funeral Home at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday going to Sunrise Cemetery for committal services. Military honors will be conducted by the Tennessee Army National Guard. Pallbearers include Levi Earl, Michael Robertson, Cooper Orman, Richie Clark, David Spicer, Randy Wise, and Jason Wise.
