Johnny Hoyt Loudermilk, age 84, of Bristol, TN passed away on April 9, 2018.  He was born in Habersham, GA a son to the late Arthur and Beulah Lacount Loudermilk and has been a resident of Bristol since the early 1950’s. Johnny was a heavy equipment operator for TVA and a veteran of the United States Air Force serving during the Korean War.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Annette Loudermilk.


Survivors include his daughter, Vickie Goodman and husband Doug; sons, Ricky Loudermilk and wife Tina, Randy Loudermilk and wife Glynda; grandchildren, Chad Goodman, Kristy Neville, Erica Wharton, Rianna Womack, Bryan Loudermilk; brothers, Charles Loudermilk, Reece Loudermilk, and Homer Loudermilk; sister, Juanita Jones; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.


Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at 1 pm at Mountain Home National Cemetery in Johnson City, TN with Rev. Ryan Wagoner officiating.  Military honors will be presented by the Bristol VFW Honor Guard.   In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Veterans Service Organization. The family would like to say a special thanks to his caregivers:  Tammy Carrier, Chassidy Harris, Mary Andrews, Courtney Boyd, and Whitney Andrews, and all of his other caregivers.
