He or aunt Ella Mae ever called me Velma. It was always little Sue do as my dad called me. Since I was very little she and Jack treated me as their own. We sneaked out and went down to their house to watch tv since we didn’t have. My dad was her brother and she and Jack always welcomed us in their home. I sure will miss him yelling for Sue do to come see a special coloring he done. He was so proud of his pictures and loved singing his gospel songs to everyone. The other residents loved to hear him sing to. I know he’s gone to be with mama as he called her but just know how much everyone is heartbroken over his passing
Thank you all for trusting me to watch over them it was also my way of saying thanks for being so good to me when I was little. I have never forgotten those good memories. With love and thoughts for each of you. I know your loss. Love Velma and family and friends from Cambridge to🙏🏻🌹
Our hearts are saddened by the passing of uncle Jack. He loved to sing gospel music and each resident loved to hear him sing. I sure will miss him yelling at Sue do to stop and look at a picture he colored. He loved to color and give them to people to keep. I know he’s gone hone to be with momma as he called Aunt Ella Mae but just know we will all miss him so. Love Velma and all his friends and staff at Cambridge House🙏🏻🌹
