Dulcy Mae Leonard, age 63, of Bristol VA, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 11, 2018.
She was born January 23, 1955 in Bristol TN, and was a lifelong resident of Bristol VA and Abingdon VA. She was a member of Willow Branch Baptist Church.
Dulcy, also known as Debbie, was preceded in death by her husband, Jeff D. Leonard; mother, Della Childress; father, Maynard Childress; and brother, Check Chaffin.
She is survived by daughter, Jessica (Leonard) Vudragovich and husband Dave; son, Kevin Leonard and wife Ashley; grandsons, Gavin, Garrett, and Gentry Leonard; brothers, Leonard Childress, Darrell Childress, and Raymond Childress; sisters, Shirley Goodson, Linda Simcox, and Cathy Ledbetter and husband Reick; any many nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, September 13, 2018 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 6:45 pm, prior to the service. The interment will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, September 14, 2018 at Barker’s Cemetery.
