Brenda Sue Booher, age 70, of Bristol, Tenn., went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at her residence. She was born September 11, 1950 in Bristol, Tenn., a daughter of the late Charles and Ruth Cox Fritts. Brenda was a former employee of Electrolux, Royal Mouldings and Dream Clean. She was a member of Cornerstone Freewill Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her family and going on trips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister, Charlene Fritts; and sister-in-law, Pam Fritts.
Survivors include her son, Frankie Wright and wife Heather; daughter, Jennifer Wright; grandchildren, Courtney Wright, Austin Wright, Chance Peters and Callie Peters; sister, Debbie Booher; brothers, Allen Fritts and Dennis Fritts; a niece, nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Tiny.
The funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 20, 2021 in the Weaver Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Rowlette officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will follow at Florence Union Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Austin Wright, Frankie Wright, Tyler Arnold, Derek Booher, CC Booher and Bill Riner.

Libby and myself had come to know Brenda working at Dex/Thryv the last many years. Always looked forward to seeing her face every evening before time to leave as she always made sure to make it a point to stop by and speak when she came in to clean. We were very saddened to hear that Miss Brenda had passed. She will be missed for sure. Courtney you definitely have a guardian angel for life. I was Brenda’s sister in law and I thought she was a very nice lady!She loved her children with all her heart.Brenda went thru years of tests and treatments to become a mother and never gave up until Frankie was here ! She was an amazing woman and I loved her.
