Cliff Anderson, age 84, entered the portals of Glory on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, to be reunited with his dear wife, Betty, who preceded him in death.
He was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. He was a retired Sullivan County Deputy Sheriff and an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was also a member of the FOP and VFW.
Survivors include daughters, Donna Fidler and husband Mark, Diane Jarrett and husband Chad, and Debra Anderson. He is also survived by grandson, Dustin Tester and wife Rebecca; grandson, Cody Tester and wife Tracy; and granddaughter, Adrianna Gragg and husband Austin; five great grandchildren, Tyler, Caitlyn, Aubrey, Rylin and Jacob; and one granddog, Daisy; and one sister, Rose Newton.
The family would like to send a special thanks to caregiver, Naomi, and the Staff of the ICU Unit at B.R.M.C.
The memorial visitation will be at Weaver Funeral Home from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Saturday, April 14, 2018. At Mr. Anderson’s request, his body will be cremated. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation, 200 SE 1st St, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131 in honor of his wife, Betty or the American Heart Association, 3101 Browns Mill Road, Suite 6, PMB 321, Johnson City, TN 37604.
