Shirley D. Dinkins, age 60, of Bluff City, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Dinkins was a sweet, loving, caring, wonderful person who loved her family more than anything.  She worked for Home Instead as a home healthcare giver.  She loved her job of taking care of people.  She was loved by everyone who knew her and will be greatly missed by all.  She was of the Baptist faith.  Read >

Edward Arthur Buchanan, age 85, of Bristol, Tenn., went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2017. He was born February 5, 1932, in Elizabethton, Tennessee. The son of Arthur Buchanan and Juanita Foster Armbruster. Ed lived most of his life in the Bristol area. He was Veteran of the Korean War and former owner/operator of Bristol Tire. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Don Buchanan and his sister, Doris Buchanan Woodby.
