Jack Harrison Branch, Sr., age 89, of Bristol, VA, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Wellmont Hospice House. He was born in Bristol, TN on January 29, 1926, the son of the late Robert and Lena Mae Foran Branch. Jack was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Billy Wayne Denton, Sr., age 69, of Bristol, VA, went to be with the Lord on Friday, June 26, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Bristol, VA on August 19, 1945, the son of the late Clarence and Nora Lee Murray Denton. Billy was a lifelong resident of the Bristol area. He was a former employee of Goodpasture Motors working as a diesel mechanic and for the past 13 years he has served as the Pastor of Walker Mountain Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was proceeded in death by his brother, Virgil Denton. Read >
